Seller's Rights

We reserve the right to select first pick of any litter. We are extremely cautious about our puppies' forever homes. If for any reason during the buying process, we do not feel our puppies will be a good fit for your environment, we reserve the right to decline to sell you one of our puppies, even after your deposit has been made.

Spay / Neuter Contract

Please Note: Our puppies are sold as pets, therapy, or service dogs only. We have a strict spay / neuter contract. On occasion, we will consider selling to breeders. Please contact us for more information.

Our Process

Our puppies are bred with care from parents that have been fully health-tested. When we have a planned litter in mind, we begin taking deposits on that litter. After your deposit is made, you will be placed on the list in the next available spot. We do not take deposits based on gender, but if you have a preference, we would like to know that so that we can alert others making later deposits as to the preference of people already on the list.

When the litter is bred, we update the website with the expected due date and the resulting take home date. After about 4 weeks, we will confirm the pregnancy, and the website will again be updated. If the mating does not take, we will notify people on the list, suggest alternative litters and/or offer a refund of the deposit.

After the litter is born, we will notify everyone on the list of take home dates and times. We will post photos and videos on our website along the way so you can watch your litter as it progresses. We also provide care and feeding information so that you are ready for your puppy.

At about 6 weeks, we will post individual photos and videos of each puppy so that selections can be made. We will also conduct a phone call with each buyer to answer any questions and make sure that they are ready to take their new puppy home.

After the puppies are selected, we will send out contracts and final payment invoices.

Puppies go home after they are 9 weeks old. On take-home day, you can come to get your puppy and we will provide you with our puppy kit, which includes the veterinary wellness exam certificate, vaccination records, a sample of our puppy food, and some toys. Of course we are available to interact with you all through the process and after your puppy goes home.

Deposits

There is a $250 deposit to hold a puppy. We require a brief phone interview to make a deposit. We accept deposits on currently available puppies and on upcoming litters. Customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first-in first-out basis. We work with our customers to help them choose the puppy that will best fit into their family. Selections are made after the 6-week photos are posted. The $250 deposit is not refundable, however it is transferable. You may choose to apply your deposit to a future litter in the event that circumstances prevent you from taking a puppy or there is not one that meets your criteria.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash or Check for deposit payments. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to use PayPal. Simply select the litter, then select the Pay Now button below. Please note you may use PayPal even without an account. Simply use your credit or debit card. Please contact us for payments by cash or check.

Two-Year Health Guarantee

We take great pride in our parent dog selections, and we are confident that they will produce healthy, happy puppies. All of our puppies come with a 2-year genetic health guarantee. We guarantee that your puppy will not have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects or we'll replace your puppy free of charge. Free Microchip

We are a strong advocate of the microchip, and your puppy will go home with a chip inserted. A microchip is about the size of a grain of rice, but it could mean the difference between never seeing your best friend again, or having him home by suppertime if he gets lost. The microchip is inserted with a hypodermic needle between a puppy's shoulder blades. The process is similar to a normal vaccination shot - it is not at all painful. It works something like a bar code, and is an invaluable tool in reuniting lost pets with their families. The one-time listing fee for the chip has been fully paid for. Your only responsibiity is to register the chip in the PetLink database. We recommend having your pets scanned regularly to be sure the chips are readable, and would emphasize that you remember to register the chip and make sure the registry information is kept up-to-date when you move.

Puppy Shipping

We don't ship our puppies via cargo because of the stress this causes them. We recommend a flight nanny, where they will fly with the puppy under their seat, and meet you at your closest airport. The fee for this service varies but is generally around $475 - $500, depending on where in the country the puppy needs to go. We also recommend a driving service, www.citizenshipper.com, that is similar to an Uber for transporting pets. Contact us for more information about these options.
